HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Cost of delivery depends on the item you have purchased and the size and weight of your order.

  • For Small UK orders we use either Royal Mail or DPD.

  • For Large UK orders we use a private courier.

  • International deliveries will need to be discussed individually and prior to purchase due to the fragile nature of the product.

How do I PLACE AN ORDER?

A selection of our smaller sized products can be placed through our website at any time.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


Only small sized artworks and prints can be returned.

*You can verify if your item is eligible for returns by looking at the product section of the website.

It is only possible to cancel certain items if your order hasn’t been dispatched. You can refuse delivery if your order has already been dispatched and we will refund you once the return has been processed.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS


HOW DO I ORGANISE THE RETURN OF AN ITEM?


Only small sized artworks and prints can be returned.

*You can verify if your item is eligible for returns by looking at the product section of the website.

Simply let us know that you wish to return an item within 14 days of purchase. Then return the item to us with 30 days of receipt. If the item is undamaged we will then process your refund within 3 days of arrival with us.


CAN I RETURN A COMMISSIONED OR BESPOKE PRODUCT?

Please note that any bespoke or commissioned pieces cannot be returned.

Creating a commission takes time and energy and is a very personal experience with each piece being carefully crafted just for you. A lot of time, thought, and passion goes into creating commissioned orders.

In order to avoid any errors or disappointments, ensure that you check all updates thoroughly and that you are satisfied with the evolving piece.

Changes to a bespoke or commissioned order should be discussed with the artist as soon as possible. In the event of significant changes, the final product may take longer (or cause the order to be cancelled if it deviates significantly from the original contract).

WHAT IF MY COMMISSIONED PRODUCT ARRIVES FAULTY?

Made to order & commissioned works are exempt from our standard returns policy if the commissioned product is faulty.
